Associations that handle most operations internally but need licensed oversight for specific responsibilities - reserve studies, SIRS compliance, milestone inspection coordination, annual filings - can engage PLM on a scoped retainer. You get licensed expertise without a full-service contract.

Pre-storm preparation and post-storm assessment for condos and single-family properties. When a named storm is in the forecast, PLM acts. You are notified at each step.

Keyholder Service

PLM holds keys and access credentials for your property. Vendors, inspectors, and emergency responders can be let in on your authorization - without requiring your presence.
