Storm Preparation

Pre-storm preparation and post-storm assessment for condos and single-family properties. When a named storm is in the forecast, PLM acts. You are notified at each step.

Keyholder Service

PLM holds keys and access credentials for your property. Vendors, inspectors, and emergency responders can be let in on your authorization - without requiring your presence.
